For Ad

I'm sorry this was posted late. I was working on it the whole time, I promise. First I tried to make it on Colors! (3D) on my 3DS because I thought it would be easier holding a stylus than a mouse.... but then coloring was impossible and I couldn't get the tangles. I tried my best. ;-; I would have posted this yesterday, but there was a whole loud of drama about me thinking I had a malware virus. (I don't) For the outlines being all rainbowy, here's the trick. You make lots of colors in the background (however you wish to do that) and make another layer over that layer. Erase the layer hovering over the multi-color layer into whatever design you choose. (for the layers, you cannot do this in simple programs like MS Paint. I use Gimp, which is like the free version of Photoshop. It's completely free, no trial crap. No additional stuff to buy to enhance the program.)
I'm sorry for the loss of your cat, Ad. If I had lost Simon, I would be devastated. //hugs ;-;
